Sources of Expert Advice

Resolving complex family law issues will sometimes require assistance from experts. I do not have all the answers and experts can add great value to your case.

1. Accountants
For division of commercial interests for relationship property
Consider value of company accounts

2. Psychologists
Challenging child care or child protection work.
Where the client would benefit from specialist counselling after separation.

3. Valuers
Property over real estate (disputes)

4. Other lawyers
Where they are better qualified to act for you
A second opinion may be necessary where big decisions are being made or the matter is complex or the law is uncertain. 

5. Counsellors
After separation, for the client and the other party

6. Outside parties or independent witnesses
For court hearings we may need to instruct private investigators and/or process servers to ensure other people come to Court to support your case. I have good contacts in this field.
