Family Violence Court

We can help you when your matter has a family law aspect. We are experts in family violence charges and seek the best outcome for our client. We often act for clients in the Family Court and the Criminal Court at the same time.  We have a proven track record in obtaining s106 discharges without conviction for first time offenders.

Serious charges

Jeremy has conducted cases at all levels including jury trials in the District and High Court.  His speciality is appearing for young people or young adults. This includes the full range of offences like fraud, drug charges, aggravated robbery and dishonesty charges.

Driving charges

We have defended driving charges involving serious death or injury. We also act for clients on EBA (drink driving), limited licences and similar matters.

Departmental Court

We act for clients in complex prosecutions brought by Inland Revenue, Customs, Ministry of Fisheries and other Government Departments.
