Q: My wife died last year and there is to be a coroners inquest held next month. I am not working and have no assets. Can I get legal aid?

A: Thank you for your questions. Yes legal aid is available for coroners inquests but you will need to fill out the relevant form. Not all lawyers do legal aid work.There are normally medico legal questions and the hearings can take many days.
