Lawyer for Child- complaints..

Q: I am unhappy with the lawyer for my  four children  in the Family Court and I want her sacked. What can I do ?

I want the lawyer to see the children at school but she saw them at my home. Please tell me my  legal rights.

A: I would need to know more of your problem- the lawyer for child is appointed by the Family Court Judge so the decision to appoint and terminate  that lawyer is for the Judge. There is a set process for complaints that your lawyer can tell you about.

See your lawyer about this.  It is  for the lawyer for child  and not you to decide what location they are  to see your child.  Suggestions can of course be made by you about location but that is all.
