Access to child in NZ - 06/01/2010
QUESTION:
I live overseas and want to have contact with my child in NZ. Can you help me? My ex partner is not helpful as I am not paying child support. Can she withhold contact for this reason?
ANSWER:
We help lots of people in your position. Your former partner cannot withhold contact for child support issues - they are separate matters. You may need to go through the Family Court.
